1) Prepare Your Take-Along Items

Before our team arrives, you’ll be asked to gather the essential items your family or business will need while displaced.

Use your Take-Along List to remove:

• Daily medications and personal care items

• Laptops, chargers, and work or school materials

• Important documents and valuables

• Seasonal clothing and comfort items

Setting these aside ahead of time helps us move quickly once we’re on site.

2) Pack-Out: How We Handle Your Belongings

After your essentials are removed, our trained Contents Team carefully packs and protects the rest of your items.

We will:

• Pack, label, and protect belongings by room or department

• Photograph and inventory items for clear documentation

• Transport items to our secure, climate-controlled storage facility, if needed

If you have emergency-use items (business equipment, medical devices, uniforms, etc.) that need priority cleaning, let us know right away. We’ll work to clean and return these items as quickly as possible so you can keep life and business moving.

Contents Storage (Secure, Climate-Controlled)

Once belongings are packed and inventoried, they are safely transported to Anytime Restoration’s secure, climate-controlled storage facility to keep them protected for the duration of the restoration project.

At our facility, your contents are:

• Organized and labeled by room or area for easy identification

• Assigned a unique inventory number tied to your file

• Stored in monitored, temperature-regulated spaces designed to protect against humidity, dust, and environmental damage

Handling Non-Restorable Items

Some items may be too damaged to restore. When that happens, we follow a clear, documented process:

• Each item is photographed and inventoried

• Items are then properly disposed of

• You receive a digital spreadsheet with photos and descriptions

• You assign a value to each item and submit the list to your insurance company

This documentation helps streamline your claim and supports accurate reimbursement for both homeowners and commercial policyholders.

Pack-Back After Repairs

Once restoration and repairs are complete, and payment for contents work is received, your items are scheduled for pack-back.

During pack-back, our team:

• Returns contents from storage to your property

• Places items back in their proper rooms or areas

• Handles each box and item with the same care used during packing

Retrieving Items From Storage

If you need something while your home or business is being restored:

• Additional retrievals can be scheduled for a small processing and labor fee
